Cyheam Forney’s legal problems got worse when he offered to post $50 bail after he was arrested for driving with a suspended license.

Police say Forney used a counterfeit bill, Newsday reports. He now faces a felony charge of possession of a forged instrument, the Associated Press reports.

Suffolk, N.Y., police arrested Forney yesterday after pulling him over for an illegal left turn and learning his license had been suspended 35 times.
