Attorney General Eric Holder reports for jury duty in cellphone robbery case

U.S. Attorney General Eric Holder fulfilled his civic obligation Tuesday and reported for jury duty in a Washington, D.C., courthouse at which he formerly served as a judge.
His three FBI bodyguards waited in a hallway as the nation’s top law enforcement officer waited to see whether he would be selected for the jury in the superior court case. It concerned a cellphone robbery, reports the Washington Post.
Holder sat on a back bench as Judge Stuart Nash explained the case, then spoke briefly with the judge and both lawyers when he was called to the bench. He was then dismissed and will not be called back, according to the Department of Justice.
