A civil litigation client described by a law enforcement official as “fixated” on a losing lawsuit against a former business associate is being sought on charges that he threatened to kill both his attorney and the judge in the Texas state-court case.

Vincent Michael Glorioso, 52, is charged with two counts of felony retaliation, reports the Houston Chronicle. Although his last known address is in Houston, he is originally from Pennsylvania. Authorities aren’t sure where he is right now.

Glorioso is accused of threatening to kill Galveston County District Judge John Ellisor and an unidentified attorney. Although he made calls that were threatening in tone to the judge and lawyer, it was only in a conversation with another unidentified attorney that Glorioso expressly threatened to kill his former counsel and the judge, the newspaper reports, based on information provided by Captain Barry Cook of the Galveston sheriff’s office.

“He’s been fixated on this case,” Cook says.
