Boies Schiller & Flexner is opening an office in London, its first outside the United States.

Partner Natasha Harrison will exit Bingham McCutchen to serve as managing partner of the new office, according to Bloomberg and Legal Week.

She focuses her practice on securities and finance litigation, and is expected to take the helm at the new London outpost of Boies Schiller next month. Further associate hires there are anticipated.

“Natasha is a distinguished English lawyer, with a leading practice in finance litigation and arbitration, areas in which our firm’s work is increasing globally each year,” said Boies name partner Jonathan Schiller in an email to Bloomberg.

The 200-attorney litigation powerhouse currently has 12 offices in California, Florida, Nevada, New Hampshire, New York and Washington, D.C.
