Jailed over allegations that he made a bomb threat to his own parents in April, a Florida man is now facing new charges.

The St. Lucie County sheriff’s department says Robert Oliver recently sent a letter to the county courthouse. The letter allegedly said Oliver had arranged for a friend to plant two powder bombs with the capacity to kill 15,000 people a block from the courthouse, WPTV reports.

The letter was received by the clerk’s office May 13, signed by Oliver and included his return address at the jail, investigators said.
