A video of Floyd Mayweather Jr.’s antics at a nightclub on the same day he begged off a deposition has led to sanctions against the boxer.

In a ruling released on Tuesday, U.S. District Judge Joseph Anderson Jr. of South Carolina ordered Mayweather to perform 40 hours of community service for the Las Vegas Habitat for Humanity Project, report the Associated Press and the State.

Mayweather’s lawyers had obtained a delay in the September deposition in a copyright suit on the ground that their client needed to recuperate from injuries sustained in a fight. On the same day as the deposition, however, Mayweather was caught on tape at a nightclub burning cash and throwing money into the crowd.

Mayweather’s lawyers had argued the club appearance was not as strenuous as attending a deposition.

Mayweather is a defendant in a copyright infringement suit that contends a song called “YEP” that played as the boxer appeared at two wrestling events violated the copyright of a beat created by a music producer.
