Just hours after a Los Angeles judge yesterday sentenced Chris Brown to five years of probation for assaulting his ex-girlfriend and fellow pop star, Rihanna, the 20-year-old singer was reportedly enjoying himself at a local club.

In addition to the probation term, Superior Court Judge Patricia Schnegg also sentenced Brown to 1,400 hours of what she described as "actual physical labor," is requiring that he get domestic violence counseling, and has ordered him to stay away from Rihanna until 2014, reports CNN.

Brown's claimed post-sentence stop at Guys & Dolls was reported by People, based on information from an unidentified source.

Brown has apologized for his conduct to Rihanna and the public on his personal website.

What kind of probation is this guy on?  Generally probation prohibits hanging out in clubs and bars.
