Business Partner Convicted in Mortgage Lawyer’s Shooting Death
The business partner of a slain Long Island mortgage lawyer has been convicted of arranging the murder.
Ronald Thornton of Nesconset, N.Y., was convicted of murder and conspiracy, according to the Associated Press and the North Country Gazette.
The lawyer, James DiMartino, was shot and killed in October 2008 in a restaurant parking lot.
