The man who created The Response, a film dramatization of the Guantanamo Bay military tribunals that won an ABA Silver Gavel Award this year, will talk about his work and answer questions tomorrow at an ABA public program.

Writer-producer and actor Sig Libowitz will be at ABA headquarters in Chicago from 5 to 6:30 p.m. for the June 2 event, which will be introduced by Henry F. White Jr., the ABA’s executive director, and moderated by Edward Adams, editor and publisher of the ABA Journal.

An ABA press release provides further details about “Meet the Filmmaker of The Response, Guantanamo Courtroom Drama: Q&A with Sig Libowitz,” which is part of the ABA Public Program Series.

For those who wish to attend in person, the question-and-answer session with Libowitz will be held at ABA headquarters at 321 North Clark St. in Chicago, in the 21st floor boardrooms.

For those who wish to watch the webcast live, starting at 5:45 p.m. CT, a link to the webcast is provided at the top of the press release. After the event concludes, the webcast can be viewed on another ABA page
