Carlton Fields Ranked Best for Diversity Commitment
The Carlton Fields law firm has been ranked best for overall diversity in a survey of associates by Vault.com.
Vault surveyed more than 15,000 associates about their firms’ commitment to hiring, retaining and promoting diverse lawyers. Carlton Fields won individual categories for diversity with respect to women and to minorities as well as the overall diversity ranking, according to a press release.
The best law firm for its commitment to diversity with respect to gays, lesbian, bisexual and transgender people was Jenner & Block.
Vault’s top five law firms for their overall commitment to diversity are:

2) Hughes Hubbard & Reed
3) Paul, Weiss, Rifkind, Wharton & Garrison
4) Ropes & Gray
5) Cleary Gottlieb Steen & Hamilton
