Police have released a cellphone video taken by a shooting victim that shows an Arizona criminal defense attorney pointing a .357 revolver, reports Fox 10 News.

The video, which is included in a television news report linked to the article, shows a man identified as attorney Joe Palmisano, 48, wearing a dark business suit, a white shirt and a red necktie. He is holding a gun in his outstretched right hand, apparently pointing it into a vehicle in which the person holding the cellphone is located.

The video was taken by Ryan Hall, 25, who was shot April 18 in a Tempe parking lot near Palmisano’s law office, according to the station and a KPHO article.

Palmisano, who called 911 after the shooting, turned himself in and cooperated by answer detectives’ questions, the article continues. He is facing charges of attempted murder, kidnapping and aggravated assault. Hall was at last report hospitalized and recovering after being shot in the back.

Hall is the ex-boyfriend of a secretary in Palmisano’s office with whom the lawyer has been romantically involved. Hall and the woman have a child together, the Arizona Republic reported earlier.
