Am Law 101-200 Firms Out-Blog Their BigLaw Counterparts
According to an informal survey, law firms in the American Lawyer’s second hundred law firms blog more than those in the Am Law 100.
Social media consultant Adrian Dayton solicited help and compiled lists of the Blogs of the Am Law 100 and the Blogs of the AmLaw 101-200 at his own blog, Marketing Strategy and the Law.
The lists are being updated as more blogs are found, but at the time of this post, the lists named 140 law blogs among Am Law 100 firms and 185 law blogs among second hundred firms. Fifty Am Law 100 firms had no blogs at all, while 37 second hundred firms had no blogs at all.
The firms in the Am Law 100 with the most blogs, according to the lists, are Sheppard Mullin Richter & Hampton with 22 and Reed Smith with 13. The firms in the second hundred with the most blogs are Fox Rothschild with 26 and Womble Carlyle with 14.
