Cozen O'Connor opens Minneapolis office
For the second time in less than a month, Cozen O’Connor has announced it is opening a new office with lawyers acquired from another law firm.
This time Cozen O’Connor is opening a Minneapolis office with eight transactional and commercial-litigation lawyers from Hinshaw & Culbertson, according to a press release. The new office will be the 23rd for Cozen O’Connor, the Philadelphia Business Journal reports.
Last month, Cozen O’Connor announced it is opening an office in West Palm Beach, Fla., with six lawyers from Edwards Wildman.
Tom Wallrich will be managing partner of the Minneapolis office. He concentrates his practice in the areas of commercial transactions, banking, bankruptcy, real estate finance and development and commercial litigation.
