Crazed Cardozo Law Revue Wins YouTube Raves
A parody of the law review at the Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law in New York is winning viewers and at least a few rave reviews on the Internet.
Now playing on YouTube, the Cardozo Law Revue features a domineering prosecutrix in a low-necked sleeveless black dress, a moot court assignment judged by “Justice Antonin Scalia” and a variety of overly earnest and aggressive law students seeking to prevail on a “Project Law School” brief made up of M&M candies.
Finally, after a solemn discussion about a brief that is literally written with M&Ms and a library wrestling match over possession of a Blue Book, their task is done, and it’s showtime. Says an approving Justice Scalia during the moot court presentation: “It’s very originalist.”
