DLA Piper Considers Switch to All-Equity Partnership in International Offices
DLA Piper is considering changes to its partnership structure in its overseas offices, including a switch to an all-equity partnership.
Andrew Darwin, DLA Piper’s managing director of groups and services, tells Legal Week that the firm is looking at a range of options for changes in DLA Piper International, including having one class of partner. The firm currently has a three-tier partnership in its international offices with one tier of equity partners and two tiers of fixed-share partners, the story says.
DLA Piper International includes offices in Europe, the Middle East and Asia, the story says.
