A libel suit brought by billionaire—or is that mere millionaire?—Donald Trump over an author's claim that the real estate mogul's net worth is only about $200 million has been dismissed by a New Jersey judge.
Granting a summary judgment motion to dismiss the suit against author and New York Times editor Timothy O'Brien and his publisher, Camden County Superior Court Judge Michele Fox ruled today that the net worth claim in Trump Nation: The Art of Being the Donald was not malicious, reports the Wall Street Journal (sub. req.).
"It tells you how unfair the libel laws are," says Trump, who plans to appeal. "We proved our case."

Life has just been so unfair to that guy. The hair alone would be more than many could bear. I wonder how much he spent on this lawsuit (over something it is really hard to see how anyone could get very excited about). Among all the other idiosyncracies, it really does appear at times that he litigates as a form of recreation or something.
