A 48-year-old man who began driving through a crowd of costumed “zombies” near where Comic-Con is being held early Saturday struck a 64-year-old woman and injured her arm.

However, the unidentified motorist likely won’t be charged, San Diego police told San Diego 6.

The driver said he began rolling forward after his children were frightened by the zombies. Around that time, the undead individuals began beating on his windshield, breaking the glass, police said.
