An ethics complaint filed Friday against an Illinois judge alleges he frequently used a courthouse computer to access pornography.

The complaint against Judge Joseph Polito of Will County says he accessed the sites before his morning court call and after his afternoon cases, the Chicago Sun-Times reports. He was able to bypass the county’s web filter, the complaint alleges, by returning to Internet search engines and continuing to click on search results.

The Sun-Times revealed earlier this year that someone using Polito’s computer account tried to access 243 porn websites during a six-month period in 2010 and 2011. The newspaper obtained the information through a Freedom of Information Act request. The county released the list after the Illinois attorney general released an opinion that it was not exempt from release as a judicial record.
