The former mergers and acquisitions lawyer with Cravath, Swaine & Moore accused of paying a woman to have sex with her teenage daughters is weighing yet another lawsuit.

James Colliton, who pleaded guilty to statutory rape and sentenced to time served, now lives in a motel on Route 9 in Poughkeepsie, N.Y., the Poughkeepsie Journal reports. He is monitored by police in a county sex-offender monitoring program—and Colliton wants it to stop.

Colliton filed a notice of claim last month that indicates he intends to file a suit for $3 million in compensatory damages and $97 million in punitive damages for the “liberty and property deprivations,” the story says. He claims the county program violates the state’s sex offender registration law and violates his rights to privacy and freedom from unlawful searches.

Colliton has also sued Cravath for an unpaid salary and bonus, and American Express for giving police information that led to his capture.
