A state disciplinary panel has accused a New Jersey judge of unleashing a profanity-laced tongue-lashing as he ordered a lawyer out of his courtroom, New Jersey Star-Ledger reports.

The complaint (PDF) against Judge F. Michael Giles of Essex County says he was neither dignified nor courteous when he ordered the lawyer to leave, saying:

"I said get the [expletive] out of my courtroom. What the [expletive] don't you understand? Shut the [expletive] up and get the [expletive] out of here. I have a meeting this afternoon."

The complaint did not elaborate on the expletives used. The newspaper could not reach the judge for comment.
