Another elite law firm known for its litigation work has shown associates the money, bigtime.

After a “very busy” year, Boies Schiller & Flexner is paying its top-performing associates annual bonuses that exceed $200,000, partner Phil Korologos tells Above the Law in a written statement.

The average bonus for associates who have been with the firm for over a year is $75,000, he says.

ATL says it has heard from unidentified sources at the firm that some junior associates with no more than three years at Boies Schiller got six-figure bonuses.

The blog describes the bonuses as “eye-popping” and says they appear to be the “best on the street” right now … but notes that ATL hasn’t heard how lucratively Wachtell Lipton Rosen & Katz plans to reward its associates this year.
