A British Web app designer says Facebook banned all his ads and suspended his advertising account after he used the social networking site to promote his Google+ profile, reports the Los Angeles Times on its Technology blog.

“Generally, we disable an account if too many of its adverts violate our terms of use or advertising guidelines. Unfortunately, we cannot provide you with the specific violations that have been deemed abusive,” says the emailed notice received by Michael Lee Johnson, according to his Google+ profile.
