Federal Auto Task Force Hires Willkie Farr’s Feldman

A federal auto task force has hired a well-known bankruptcy lawyer.

Partner Matthew Feldman will soon be leaving Willkie Farr & Gallagher to advise U.S. Treasury Secretary Timothy Geithner and Lawrence Summers, who serves as director of the National Economic Council, on reorganization efforts underway by auto manufacturers and suppliers, reports Reuters.

Cadwalader Wickersham & Taft and Sonnenschein Nath & Rosenthal are also advising the feds on this front, as discussed in an earlier ABAJournal.com post.
