A five-partner group of health care practitioners headed by Barry Alexander has exited Nelson Mullins Riley & Scarborough for Polsinelli.

Three, including Alexander, will open a new office for Polsinelli in Raleigh, North Carolina. The other two will work out of Atlanta for Polsinelli, which has nearly 750 attorneys in 20 locations, according to a Polsinelli press release and the law firm’s website.

The Chicago-based firm has the fastest-growing health care group in the country, Alexander told the Triangle Business Journal.

Noah Huffstetler, who serves as managing partner of their now-former firm, said Alexander’s group has “very good lawyers” who “were very successful” at Nelson Mullins.
