Cupcake trucks have proved popular with entrepreneurial law graduates. Now two former Villanova law students are trying another culinary business: a pudding shop.

The business is called Pudding Lane and it’s located in Havertown, Pa., Philly.com reports. The owners are Mike Leibowitz and Bret Binder, who met at Villanova Law School and came up with the idea while investing in real estate.

The pudding has about half the calories and about one-third the fat of premium ice cream—if you forgo the syrup and whipped cream toppings.

The Delaware County News Network reported in January that Binder and Leibowitz have “day jobs in law and real estate.”
