A former counsel at WilmerHale has dropped her suit claiming the law firm fired her to taking leave to adopt a baby from China.

Pamela Levinson told the court on June 5 that she was dropping her suit, Legal Times reports. In a statement, Levinson told the publication she had a change of heart after learning through discovery how WilmerHale evaluated her work.

“I have concluded that WilmerHale treated me fairly and its decisions about me were not discriminatory,” she said.

Levinson had alleged she received a negative review as a pretext to fire her while she was on leave. The review said there had been complaints about Levinson’s management of junior lawyers.
