Group Seeks Recall of Tree-Cutting Judge for ‘Evil Terrorism’ from the Bench

A recall petition against a California judge claims he inflicts "evil terrorism" from the bench and poses an "extreme danger to children and parents."

The recall targets Judge Peter McBrien of Sacramento for two decisions in 1998 and 1989 in which he is accused of placing children in the homes of physically or sexually abusive parents, the Sacramento Bee reports. McBrien denies the charges.

The petition also refers to a 2002 reprimand McBrien received for cutting trees on county property to enhance his home’s river view.

The petition was filed by about two dozen Sacramento residents. They must gather the signatures of 20 percent of the voters to be successful.

I can speak from personal experience, this is one of the worst judges out there. Instead of returning my child to her sexually abusive father, I served a 12 year sentence for his death. That was almost 2 decades ago. Everytime I see my daughter now, knowing what I spared her of, it was worth every day I served.

This judge made a very poor ruling on my child custody case and as a result my child will suffer and my life is devastated.  PLEASE SIGN THE RECALL OF JUDGE PETER MCBRIEN
