Hooters of America claims in a lawsuit that a former executive who leaped to a competitor took confidential documents along with him.

The suit filed in federal court in Atlanta claims former Hooters vice president Joseph Hummel downloaded more than 500 pages of sensitive business information and trade secrets before he left for a job with La Cima Restaurants, report the Associated Press, TMZ and the Huffington Post.

The suit claims the documents will be used to help La Cima build 35 new Twin Peaks franchises across the southeast. TMZ describes Twin Peaks as a “breastaurant knockoff.” Hummel is now chief operating officer of La Cima.
