Ohio Man Indicted in Al-Qaida Bomb Plot


A federal grand jury has indicted a suspected member of al-Qaida from Columbus, Ohio, in an alleged terrorist plot to bomb several overseas locations.

Targets included European tourist resorts and U.S. government facilities overseas, according to the Associated Press story.

The indictment accuses Christopher Paul, 43, of conspiring to use a weapon of mass destruction and to provide support to terrorists.

A press conference on the charges is scheduled for later today.
