Labor and employment powerhouse Jackson Lewis is opening an office on the Jersey Shore.

The 800-attorney boutique’s new Monmouth County outpost is believed to be the first Jersey Shore office for any Am Law 100 firm, Bloomberg BNA reports.

It will be staffed with five lawyers from Giordano Halleran & Ciesla who joined Jackson Lewis in February, including the co-chair of Giordano Halleran’s the labor and employment practice. They had been working in Morristown and, as of May, from a temporary office in Monmouth County. But as of next week, Jackson Lewis is expected to have a permanent location locked down in Tinton Falls.

“I think you see a lot of corporate executives that not only work locally to the area, but also use Monmouth County as an area of residency because there is easy access to New York City by ferry or train,” Richard Cino told the business publication. He serves as managing shareholder of the Jackson Lewis offices in Morristown and Monmouth County.
