Lawyer/journalist Allison Hope Weiner may have thought she was getting a scoop when she exited a Los Angeles courtroom during a break in the racketeering trial of P.I. for the stars Anthony Pellicano.

Indeed, it was a hot story. But it was about her. Weiner was handed a restraining order on behalf of entertainment lawyer Terry Christensen. The order involved audio files that Weiner had posted on The Huffington Post blog, Variety reports.

Lawyers for Christensen, who is set to be tried with Pellicano in another proceeding, maintain the audio files, some of which have been played in court, are confidential.

Undeterred, at least from blogging, Weiner was posting within the hour, Variety reports.
