A recent paralegal graduate looking for a job was suspicious when she found a Craigslist ad posted by a law firm asking for her credit card information.

The paralegal, Tabatha James, checked out the website for the Atlanta law firm, but it didn’t allay her suspicions, CBSAtlanta.com reports. In fact, “That’s when I realized there was something fraudulent about it,” she told the broadcast station.

The website featured a picture of a man who is apparently the name partner, Doug Rubenstein. But when James right clicked on the photo, it revealed that the man pictured was actually Ed Abel, a personal injury lawyer at the real-life Abel Law Firm in Oklahoma.

“I am shocked that for the legal industry somebody would do something like this,” James told CBSAtlanta.com.

Nick Larby, a lawyer for the Abel Law Firm, told CBSAtlanta.com that the firm is working to remove the website with the purloined photo.
