A Josh Groban fan claims an unexpected encore led to a fall and injuries at a 2007 concert in Milwaukee.

The suit by Geraldine Grunwald claims the Bradley Center turned on the lights after Groban had apparently wrapped up his concert, but then the pop singer came back for an encore, according to the Milwaukee Journal Sentinel blog Proof and Hearsay. Ushers directed Grunwald back to her seat, the lights went out, and Grunwald fell as she descended the stairs in the “pitch black” arena, the suit says.

Grunwald says she suffered injuries to her leg, arm, back, head and neck, according to the story. The suit names as defendants the Bradley Center and the concert promoter Live Nation.
