Jurors in the Massachusetts trial of a gun show organizer will be allowed to see a video of a boy accidentally shooting and killing himself at the event.

The father of the 8-year-old boy shot the video, but dropped the camera after the shooting, so little is seen after the accident, the Associated Press reports. The boy, Christopher Bizilj, shot himself with an Uzi at the 2008 Machine Gun Shoot and Firearms Expo in Westfield, Mass.

The judge, Peter Velis of Hampton, hasn’t decided yet whether he will allow jurors to hear audio of the boy screaming and his father praying, according to AP and the New York Times.

The event organizer, Edward Fleury, never returned to his job as a police chief in Pelham, Mass., after the accident. He is charged with involuntary manslaughter and furnishing a firearm to a minor.
