A California judge apparently hasn’t yet decided how to handle the state attorney general’s call for a lawyer known as the “tax lady” to be jailed for contempt of court.

However, Sacramento County Superior Court Judge Shelleyanne Chang did freeze the assets of attorney Roni Deutch yesterday and appoint a receiver to run her law firm, according to Bloomberg.

The firm reportedly grosses some $25 million annually and has a yearly advertising budget—much of which is apparently spent on late-night television commercials—of $3 million.

Deutch has not responded to the news agency’s requests for comment.

A Sacramento Bee article provides further details.
