A former Oklahoma judge convicted for using a penis pump while presiding over trials has lost his appeal.
Retired Judge Donald Thompson was convicted of four counts of indecent exposure and sentenced in August 2006 to four years in prison, the Associated Press reports. Yesterday, the Oklahoma Court of Criminal Appeals upheld the conviction, Tulsa World reports.
Thompson's lawyer, Clark Brewster, had maintained the pump should not have been repaired to make it work when it was introduced as evidence. But the court said the alteration was explained to the jury.

I don’t blame him. What else did he have to do in Oklahoma?

What was the penis pump used for during the trials? I suppose it was used to make a quick deposit of the sealed evidence under pressure before it got contaminated.

Nike was so hoping it would go the other way. What an opportunity!
