A growing national labor and employment boutique is expanding into Massachusetts and Tennessee with the additions of well-known senior practitioners from other firms to its attorney roster.

Fisher & Phillips has brought in Joseph W. Ambash, who formerly co-chaired the practice group at the Boston office of Greenberg Traurig, to open its new Boston location, announces a law firm press release today. He says in the release that he anticipates further expansion by the firm in both Massachusetts and New England.

Another new Fisher & Phillips office in Memphis will be headed by Jeff Weintraub. His Weintraub Law firm has been operating there since 1959, when it was co-founded by his father, Sam Weintraub, reports the Memphis Business Journal.

Fisher & Phillips is based in Atlanta and has 270 attorneys in 27 offices throughout the United States. It represents employers.
