Lateral Recruiting Blog Lists More Than 150 Job Openings

A legal career consultant is scouring job openings listed on the websites of the nation’s top 100 law firms and posting them on her new blog, RecruiterEsq.com.

Melissa Sachs, a former lawyer and former recruiter, has posted more than 150 lateral openings on her blog, according to Legal Blog Watch. They include associate openings at Akin Gump and Cooley Godward, and 11 openings for associates, staff lawyers and counsel at DLA Piper.

“Granted, it is a big gap between 160 or so openings and 14,000 layoffs,” says Legal Blog Watch. “But it is a start.”
