Law blogger Adrian Lurssen seems to have started something by posting a list of lawyers and legal professionals he likes to follow on Twitter.

His list of 145, posted on Tuesday on JD Scoop, has already expanded to 180. It includes both Edward A. Adams, editor and publisher of the ABA Journal, and ABAJournal.com.

"Tweeting already? Find some new friends below. Don't know where to start? You couldn't do much better than to follow the first fifty or so names on this list," Lurssen suggests in his post. However, he notes, "I recommend following all of themhttp://www.abajournal.com/blawgs/jd_scoop/even the less active in the bunch might find your prod is all they need to truly jump into the stream."

For those who aren't already familiar with the social networking website, it is self-defined as "a service for friends, family, and co-workers to communicate and stay connected through the exchange of quick, frequent answers to one simple question: What are you doing?"
