The Potter Stewart Jr. Law Firm lost $200,000 to an embezzling office manager, prosecutors allege.

The law firm in Brattleboro, Vt., is headed by the son of the late Supreme Court Justice Potter Stewart, the Barre Montpelier Times Argus reports.

The defendant, Kimberly Wilde, has agreed to plead guilty to wire fraud and to make restitution of $200,000, the story says. She is accused of paying personal bills with the firm’s credit card and bank accounts.
