A San Francisco law firm called Global Law is suing Google because search results for its name linked to a different firm.

The suit filed in federal court claims a search for Global Law’s name and zip code produced a top result labeled “Global Law, LLP,” but it linked to a law firm where one of Global Law’s two lawyers had once practiced, Legal Pad reports. The suit claims the search result infringed Global Law’s trademark.

Google has fixed the problem, according to the blog. A search now “now yields the one and only” Global Law.
