A Northwestern University law graduate who went into labor during the Illinois bar exam got some good news earlier this month.

Elana Nightingale Dawson learned she passed the exam, the Daily Herald reports. She gave birth to her son, Wilson Nightingale Dawson, two hours after finishing the test on July 27.

Dawson told the Daily Herald she’s glad she won’t have to take the exam again. Looking back, she said she couldn’t elaborate on whether she would have done anything differently. “Ultimately, I have what was, and remains, most important to me—a happy, healthy son,” she told the newspaper.
