If you are looking for a job that pays the most for the least amount of work, consider becoming a law professor, judge or magistrate.

All three careers made a list of jobs that pay above average but require fewer hours than average. AOL Jobs compiled the list using information from the Bureau of Labor Statistics. The Careerist reported on the findings.

The AOL story notes that many of the jobs on the list require lots of education and training, “but once completed, the amount of work drops significantly.”

According to the AOL story, judges and magistrates work an average of 37.2 hours a week and have a median annual income of $119,270. Law professors work an average of 40.3 hours a week and have a median annual income of $94,260.

Other jobs on the list include occupational therapists, school principals, librarians, dental hygienists, counselors, speech-language pathologists and aircraft pilots.
