A Georgia lawyer has been charged with trading contraband prohibited at the Cobb County jail in exchange for sexual favors from female inmates.

Michael Stuart Winner, 45, of Sandy Springs was charged Thursday with unlawful trading with inmates and violations of the state controlled substances law, the Marietta Daily Journal reports.

He is accused of trading prescription drugs in exchange for a look at the women’s breasts in private attorney-client rooms, report the Marietta Daily Journal and the Atlanta Journal-Constitution. He is also accused of exposing himself to one inmate, the Journal-Constitution says. The Daily Journal says Winner also promised the women free legal help, while the Journal-Constitution says he also traded tobacco.

Winner was released from the Cobb County jail early Sunday, but was taken to the Fulton County jail later in the day on charges of amphetamine possession and having prescription drugs in the incorrect container, the Journal-Constitution says.
