What’s lawyer Chris Chen eating for dessert?

It’s pie—about a slice a day, the Washington Post blog All We Can Eat reports. This week Chen ordered pies in these varieties: pecan maple, cappuccino, Ho-Ho, flourless chocolate, peanut butter pie, wild cherry, buttermilk and mixed berry.

Chen is a lawyer in the chief counsel’s office for U.S. Customs and Border Protection. He chronicles his daily pie intake on Twitter. His other hobby is photographing the city. You can find some of his photos at his blog and displayed at photography shows.

Chen spoke to All We Can Eat about his pie obsession, developed over a year ago when he decided cupcakes were “too annoyingly cute.”

“I love anything in a crust,” he confessed.
