A Cleveland lawyer is accused in an indictment of calling in a bomb threat to the Cuyahoga County courthouse in July 2012.

Lawyer Gregory Moore, 40, was charged with three counts of inducing panic, report the Cleveland Plain Dealer and WKYC.com.

A divorce lawyer, Moore was accused of calling three employees in the domestic relations court and warning that a bomb was set to go off. No bomb was found.

Moore’s lawyer, Ian Friedman, tells the Plain Dealer his client has maintained his innocence since the investigation began and he plans to mount a vigorous defense.

Moore is an associate at Stafford & Stafford, a busy law firm “known for its hardball approach in divorce cases,” the Plain Dealer says. The firm was in the news in March when a woman who was one of Moore’s clients was stabbed to death outside the firm’s offices.
