Lawyer Is in Critical Condition After Being Shot Eight Times
A Georgia lawyer is hospitalized in critical condition after she was shot eight times on Friday in the breezeway of her apartment building.
Police in Sandy Springs, Ga., have no suspect or motive in the shooting of Adina Parson, the Atlanta Journal-Constitution reports. She is a lawyer for the state Department of Public Health and active in her Baptist church in Atlanta.
It’s unknown if the shooting was related to her work, the story says.
