By day, Aleksandra Magdziak Lopes, 32, is seemingly simply a hard-working young attorney.

But the New England Law School grad has another gig in addition to her work for Babanikas, Ziedman & King in Brockton, Mass., reports the Patriot-Ledger.

Currently the eighth-ranked female welterweight in the world, according to the World Boxing Council, she will ascend to the seventh spot if she wins her next match, scheduled for Feb. 15 at the Mohegan Sun casino in nearby Connecticut.

If you didn’t know she was training intensely for the match, before and after her day gig, you wouldn’t suspect, says partner Nick Babanikas.

“She’s got the two separated. You could never tell she was doing both things with such zealousness and intensity,” he said.

The Milford Daily News has a gallery of photos showing Lopes in training.
