Lawyer Sues for Humiliation and Lost Business Due to Misspelled Yellowbook Ad

A South Dakota lawyer claims in a lawsuit that a misspelled Yellowbook ad will drive would-be clients away from his law firm.
De Castro’s suit says he shouldn’t have to pay the $6,780 charge for the ad, and he deserves compensation for humiliation and loss of business, the story says. “All things being equal, when someone looks for a service in the phone book, they're going to choose the person that knows how to spell," deCastro told the Argus Leader.
