Lawyers for the founder of the secret-revealing WikiLeaks website are expressing outrage about a new development in the Swedish sex case in which their client–who has not been charged–is being sought for questioning.

One of the same newspapers that earlier published a stash of confidential United States diplomatic cables obtained by WikiLeaks on Saturday published a 68-page confidential Swedish police report about the founder of the whiste-blowing website himself. They detail the accusations reportedly being made by two women there against Julian Assange, according to the Australian and the New York Times (reg. req.).

Bjorn Hurtig, a Swedish attorney representing Assange, said he plans to make a formal complaint and seek an investigation of how the material about his client’s case leaked, the Australian reports.

The Guardian is the newspaper that published the leaked material about Assange.

Updated Dec. 30 to correctly indicate that the confidential Swedish police report is 68 pages long.
